Terms of use - this site is owned by the World Organization of Webmasters (WOW). It is intended for your use as an educational resource. By browsing this site, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not continue to browse this site. WOW reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. You are encouraged to review this page periodically to verify you still agree with these terms.

 

Linking Policy - Other sites may link to the initial page of this site (training home). No other pages on this site may be linked (this includes pages within specific courses) without the written permission of the instructor. Students will be given space on a server for the duration of their class. They are not to allow external links to these pages. Once the class is concluded, the space will be recycled for use by other students. We are not responsible for content of sites which provide a link to this site.

 

Privacy Policy - we collect information (such as e-mail addresses) as part of the enrollment process, help desk activities, and routine course interactions. All information collected is only used within the organization. We will never knowingly distribute or resell information (such as e-mail addresses).

 

Refund Policy - Given the short nature of these classes (2 weeks on average), refunds can only be granted during the first 24 hours of enrollment of each class. Each student will be charged a processing fee of U.S. $10.00 (ten dollars) for each refund request. Please use the contact form to initiate a refund request.

 

Prerequisites - Some courses will have requisite knowledge assumed. It is the responsibility of each student to verify they have this base knowledge prior to enrolling in a class. By enrolling in a class, each student agrees to these terms and conditions. Enrollment is an indication that you accept these terms. Students will also be asked to agree to specific terms for each class (once they have enrolled).

 

Copyright - materials made available to the general public (pages which do not require a login) are copyright WebProfessionalTraining.com. All rights reserved. Materials for each course are copyrighted by the instructor and students participating in the class. None of these materials can be distributed by any means without the written permission of the author/ copyright holder of those materials.

 

Posting of materials on our servers - it is a condition of each student's enrollment that they agree not to post any unlawful, inflammatory, derogatory or otherwise harmful or deceitful information on our servers. Failure to comply with this mandate will result in immediate termination of that student in the course where the violation occurred without refund. If you have questions about the suitability of any materials, please confer with your instructor prior to posting them.

 

Suitability - given the rapid pace of change in some of these technologies, we make no warranty or representation as to the suitability of our educational offerings to meet any specific tasks. We specifically disclaim any liability for anything done or omitted in our training materials.
